As a professional in the field of Human Resources and a Credentialed ICF Coach, I experience and understand the challenges leaders face in the workplace. Often, they are placed in positions of leadership without any guidance or training.
I have always been passionate about leadership and as I progressed to more senior positions in my career, I saw a huge need for employees to know they matter and leaders to be heard.
What I know for sure is that leadership is hard.
If you are a leader in a workplace, it will be no surprise to know that millennial workers are disrupting the traditional leadership style and want to work under leaders who give them enough opportunities to lead themselves -- because leadership is not about a title; it’s about impact and influence.
Leadership is an inside job. It requires the inner work for you to get to know yourself better and develop strategies that fit the culture. Being self-aware and knowing how to show up is the biggest challenge to getting started. Learning about yourself is your greatest success.
I am all about leading by example and holding myself accountable. I understand the importance of showing up – even when I do not feel like it – it’s important having purpose in your work.

My leadership coaching sessions offer a variety of assessments around emotional intelligence assessment and coachability that will offer you clarity in the areas which you can begin to show up differently.
I offer 1-on-1 remote coaching, so you can find the time away from distractions in a private setting.
